Tips Battery Laptop TOSHIBA

Laptop TOSHIBA seri T135D sering mengalami battery tidak mau mengisi, ini ditandai dengan indikator pengisian battery menyala berkedip-kedip atau tidak menyala sama sekali, dan jika power on ditekan Laptop tidak mau menyala. Cara agar laptop kembali normal adalah sebagai berikut :

• Lepaskan battery dari unit Laptop
• Pasang Pengisi Battery (Charger)
• Nyalakan Laptop, tunggu hingga masuk windows
• Kemudian pasang battery, tunggu beberapa saat hingga lampu indikator pengisian menyala normal (tidak berkedip-kedip).
• Indikator battery pada windows akan menunjukan keterangan not charging jika panah pointer diletakan pada icon battery, tapi abaikan saja.
• Restart Laptop, setelah masuk windows indikator battery ketika panah pointer diarahkan pada icon battery akan normal (charging)

Perbaiki Mesin Las PORTO PD85

Seorang kawan lama membawa mesin las listrik merk PORTO PD85 kepada saya, untuk diperbaiki. Kerusakannya lampu indikator protek kalau boleh saya bilang menyala begitu mesin di-on-kan. Langsung saja       

saya bongkar. Mesin ini memiliki tiga blok yang terpisah, kalau boleh saya sebut, blok paling bawah adalah blok AC, dimana pada blok ini tegangan AC 220V disearahkan menjadi tegangan DC Melalui dua buah dioda bridge dan empat buah elco. Dari blok paling bawah, tegangan DC yang telah disearahkan masuk ke-blok yang paling atas, blok ini terdiri dari beberapa fungsi, diantaranya inverter (±1000Vac) dan driver. Dari blok yang paling atas tegangan yang telah di-invert di turunkan kembali tegangannya menjadi kira-kira 60-80Vdc melalui 2 buah Trafo converter dan disearahkan oleh 8 buah dioda CT, itu analisa saya mengenai sistem keja dari mesin las yang saya coba perbaiki. 

Langkah pertama saya periksa tegangan yang masuk ke-blok paling atas, normal langkah berikutnya saya coba lepaskan keluaran blok paling atas yang menuju blok tengah, dan mesin saya on-kan ternyata lampu protek padam, berarti analisa saya terjadi short pada blok tengah yang menyebabkan rangkaian protek bekerja, benar saja setelah blok tengah saya periksa salah satu trafo converter terlihat hangus, langsung saja saya copot, kemudian jumper blok paling atas dan tengah saya pasang kembali, hasilnya mesin normal. Tetapi power mesin kurang jika dipakai untuk nge-las percikan yang seperti kembang apinya kecil sekali. Kesulitan mencari sparepart pengganti saya alami, tapi berkat informasi seorang kawan akhirnya saya dapat juga sparepart penggantinya. Setelah sparepart pengganti saya dapatkan langsung saya pasang, dan mesin kembali normal.
